A Day before I turn 45 years old, my first race ever. 2-6-22

First I want to thank my family and friends for all of their support. Then, I’d like to thank you all for reading and following my work, and giving me a platform to be heard. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

On 2-6-2022, I’ve completed my first 10K race in Central Park, NYC, with the New York Road Runners.

One day before I complete Forty Five years old living on earth, and I am just so proud of the progress I’ve made within the last eight years. From quitting smoking cigarettes, to changing my diet to a more healthful wholesome food diet, and dropping in weight from about 280LBS to 165Lbs.

All of those changes are also effecting other aspects in my life, like I am able to play longer when I am playing with my daughters and running after them. My fitness level when I running, or biking or hiking. My relationship with my wife, and family. My relationship with my friends and colleagues. My confidence level is different. The way I shop for cloths is different. My emotions and the things I feel is different. The things I remember and think about are different.

Even some of the core principles and values I thought were my core and values are changing. I am reprioritizing what is really important to me. The updated version of me that keeps on getting better.
