Quit smoking cigarettes in November of 2014 after over 20 years of smoking.
Did a Gastric sleeve surgery in August of 2020, and dropped in weight from 277 LBS to 160 LBS.
Eats a healthful diet.
Exercises regularly.
Sleeps well.
Meditation, Yoga, Martial arts, Hiking and Biking.
Attempting to wake up at 5:30 Am 7 days a week.

Ferris began his career in 2008 with a local furnture store in jersey city, NJ.
Especially in Inspiring and changing the lives of the underprivileged community who had a very small budget and projects.
He listening to people and connected with them on a deeper level than just a sale or a Cusotmer.
Then he learned the product and was with modern high end national and international Italian furnture retail for five years.
Then was with national Italian modern furniture wholesale two years.
Then was with retail mid century modern furnture in NYC residential and commercial retail and wholesale for Three years.
Then was with Ashley Furniture Home store in Connecticut for two years.
